Namay--Natamycin (E235) is a natural anti-fungal product which is produced by a pure cultureof Streptomyces spp. following a strictly controlled fermentation process. Natamycin inhibitsnot only the growth of various moulds and yeasts,but also the production of their toxins. It cangreatly extend the shelf-life of cheese, baked food, meat and beverage products.

Namay® Natamycin (E235) is an antifungal compound produced by Streptomyces fermentation. It can not only inhibit the growth of various molds and yeasts, but also inhibit the production of mycotoxins. It can be widely used in food, medicine and cosmetics.
